Cancellation Policy

Things happen and we understand; in order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our guests, please make sure all appointments are rescheduled, canceled, or adjusted with at least 48 hours notice. You can reschedule or cancel right from your confirmation text/email.

For notices with less than 48 hours, a 50% rebooking fee of your appointment will be due prior to scheduling a new appointment.

If you fail to show up at all i.e. "No Show", a 100% rebooking fee of your missed appointment will be due prior to scheduling a new appointment.

  

Adjustments at the Time of Service

When you book a service with us, an allotment of time will be dedicated to you and will no longer be available to anyone else.  If you change your mind and wish to reduce the services you have already booked, please contact your stylist and let them know at least 48 hours in advance.  If you do not let your stylist know at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay for all the services you originally requested.

     

Late

We value our customer’s time as much as we value our own.  If you show up late to your appointment, not only do you put us behind, you put every other customer late behind you.  Therefore, if you show up 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment your stylist may have to cancel your appointment and a 100% rebooking fee will apply. 

Your stylist may be able to complete some of the services, but not all.  If you and your stylist agree to a partial service, you will still be required to pay for the full amount of time you originally reserved.
